Fall means football in the 05733.  The Brandon Rec has a strong tradition of supporting a safe and affordable feeder program for future Otters.

7th & 8th Tackle Football - 2024 the Vermont Principals Association made the decision to allow for sanctioned tackle football for middle school.  Players are in full pads/helmet.  3 practices a week will help to prepare these area youth for an 6 game Football season that ends in late October. Practices and home games will be held at the Otter Valley JV Field.  

5th & 6th Grade Padded Flag - Players are in full pads/helmet.  2 Practices a week will prepare students to play in Saturday games in Middlebury.  Practices held at Otter Valley

3rd & 4th Grade Padded Flag - Players are in full pads/helmet.  Practices 2 days a week.  Intrasquad scrimmages and possible games with opponents in Middlebury.  

1st and 2nd grades NFL Flag- Once a week practices begin in Early September using the NFL program.  Youth will pick wear their favorite team jersies while learning about football basics and having fun!
