B-Rec Dance Classes - Miss Michaela Motion • Register • View Cart •

Miss Jackie/OV Alum, Michaela Newell, is partnering with the Brandon Rec and Otter Valley to offer youth dance instruction.  Accessible, affordable and awesome weekly dance lessons will have area youth working on their choice of ballet, tap, jazz and hip-hop.

Miss Michaela has taught dance classes for years and is currently the house choreographer for the Walking Stick Theater.

No prior dance experience is necessary; all are welcome to join!
Spring of 2025 - Dance Recital on May 17th!
  • Shorter session length
  • Mini-classes (Ages 3-6) are on Friday afternoons
  • Regular Classes (Ages 7-12) are on Tuesday afternoons
  • ADULT Classes have been added
  • ALL CLASSES HELD AT 25 ROSSITER

  • Minimum Class size is 5, max (at this time) is 10
We love our dance parents, but for the time being we respectfully ask you to wait outside of the dance space during the lesson - We promise to send you video progress/homework since you can’t be there to watch at the end of class.

These adult classes are exploratory, meaning we will be moving through several different styles of dance throughout the session. Styles included will be ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop and tap. Skills include, stretching, strength training, weight shifting
