Welcome to the Vendor Application for the July 6th, 2024 Brandon Independence Day Parade!
This is the ONLY place where you will be able to register to sell at the parade. Some guidelines:
*No refunds. If due to a change in circumstances you are unable to attend, please contact cwright@townofbrandon.com as soon as possible. 
*No confederate or nazi symbols, flags or memorabilia. If you have these on your display, you will be asked to leave and no money will be refunded. 
*No sale of weapons allowed. No realistic toy guns, no realistic swords.
*No marijuana paraphernalia. NO smoking supplies, no advertisement. 
*You are able to set up for 8:00am, and can begin to do business before, during and after the parade. You are required to remain open until 8:00pm. 
*You are responsible for power, garbage removal, shelter. 
*You have a space of 10'x 10'. Please be aware of the size limitations!
*Food Vendors are required to display their State of Vermont license at all times. 
*Please be respectful at all times. This is a family friendly event, with a long history of great crowds. Lets keep it that way!
We reserve the Right to Refuse Registration to Anyone. You will be refunded your registration fee in this circumstance only. 

Details: Saturday July 6th, Brandon Vt.
            Be in place and stationary by 8:00am.
            Please be open for business on or before 10:00am.
            You are expected to keep your site open from the time you open until the time
the fireworks start at dusk (8:00pm).
            You are welcome to remain open until the fireworks are over!
This is a heavily advertised event and you can expect to be very busy. PLEASE be prepared and supplied for crowds. 
Vendors, both food and non-food, will be located along the parade route, and also in the large parking lot in front of the Brandon Inn and National Bank of Middlebury. There is a secondary location behind the Brandon Inn which will be open between 11:00am-4:00pm for non-food vendors. You will only be placed behind the Brandon Inn if you register as a non-food vendor, behind the Inn.
