Do you aspire to act on the stage? Do you love to goof around with your friends singing and dancing a bit, and putting on a show?
THIS CAMP IS FOR YOU!
Join us as Alanah Grant, Calvin Ladd, Emma Page, and a crew of amazing theatre folks put on a one of a kind camp for you! You'll learn theatre games, techniques and how to present yourself when you are onstage. Plus, this camp will develop not only your acting and musical talents, it will make you a better writer and artist! You will be writing the play you'll perform at the Brandon Carnival, and also designing the posters for the performance!
But its not all work! We'll have time for some kickball, a little hiking, some yoga and more!
This is a one week camp, however there are two sessions. You can attend one week or both for more fun!
Please come prepared with snacks, lunch, sunscreen, bug spray, a change of clothing (just in case!) Bring your great attitude and sense of fun! So fun but we have to limit this to 20 of the greatest kids ever!!!!!!
Week One: July 8-12th, 8am-4pm, Estabrook Park, featuring Calvin Ladd who will be doing a guitar camp in the afternoon
Week Two: July 15-19th, 8am-4pm, Estabrook Park, Featuring EmmaJeane Hoops who will teach hula hooping and crowd engagement skills
Performance will be on Sunday, July 28th at the Brandon Carnival, immediately following the Rutland County 4H program! Plan on coming to this fun, family friendly event!
This camp is open to kids age 5-12, with a maximum number of 20 participants. This is a first registered, first served situation!
