This program is designed to introduce youth to the fundamentals of Ultimate Frisbee in a safe and inclusive environment. Participants will learn the basic rules, techniques, and strategies of the game, all while fostering sportsmanship, communication, and teamwork. At the end of this spring season, a team will attend and compete in the Middlebury Tournament (Date TBD)
Coach Tom Darling will work with kids in grades __ - ___ to understand that in addition to the game play itself, that a core part of Ultimate is “Spirit of the Game” which places the responsibility of fair play solely on the athletes themselves by requiring each player to know the rules and make their own calls, without the help of a neutral official. This helps teach integrity, responsibility, and conflict resolution in a truly unique way.
Registration Fee is $25 for the Spring season and includes a Discraft Disc (frisbee) and uniform T-shirt.
What to Bring:
Participants should come prepared with athletic attire, running shoes or cleats, and a reusable water bottle. We provide all the necessary equipment, including frisbees and cones.

Physical Activity: Ultimate Frisbee is a fantastic way to keep kids active and engaged. It promotes cardiovascular fitness, agility, and coordination, all while they're having a great time.
Social Interaction: Beyond the game, our program encourages participants to build friendships and develop social skills. It's an opportunity for kids to connect with peers who share similar interests.
