Brandon Robotics Team- First Lego League! - Brandon Lego League
CLOSED FOR THE SEASONBrandon’s Lego Robotics Team the OtterBots are ready for sign-ups for the 2024/25 season!FIRST LEGO League Challenge is an international competition where young people (grades 5-8) are asked to use design and programming skills to solve problems big and small. The OtterBots will spend the Fall preparing for the competition season which begins in December with a local qualifier and the potential to go on to larger state and regional competitions through the winter. This year’s theme, Submerged, will take participants ‘under the sea’ to explore and think about our interactions with the planet’s oceans. Meetings are held on Wednesdays from 5-7pm beginning September 4th in the Tech Ed classrooms of OVUHS. The first competition is typically scheduled the first weekend in December, details to come. The team is open to all members of the Brandon community and surrounding towns regardless of school enrollment.
